Wonderfully friendly service! The egg rolls, peanut sauce with a veggie/tofu entree were epic! Hot (temperature not spicy) fresh, wonderful flavor. Definitely a favorite new restaurant for us! Clean wooden tables, and amazing looking bubble tea-we’ll be back to try it!
Came here for my birthday and we were not disappointed. Literally everything we had was AMAZING. the food was hot, fresh, and flavorful. We ordered: Ramen, bao buns, dumplings, spring rolls, chicken wings and everything was a 10 out of 10. The environment was clean, bright, and welcoming. The staff was kind, helpful, and attentive. You should DEFINITELY try this place!
A very clean and well staffed restaurant! Friendly. We stepped away from our usual vegetarian main dishes here and tried the appetizer, steamed tofu buns and sticky rice for dessert. The buns were cute and fun for one time. Tasty tofu with just a dab of sauce. The mango sticky rice was super hot and tasted wonderful. The mango was small compared to other restaurants we’ve been to, but the taste and purple color were really authentic!
Been there for lunch and dinner. Great size portions reasonably priced. The broth for the Pho is one of the best for the SW area, and their fresh rolls and crispy rolls always taste amazing. Several of their other plates are just as good. Been going there for years. Recently moved out of state and haven't found any restaurant to be as good with options, taste and reasonably priced. The service was always quick and friendly, even when busy.
We tried a few appetizers and sides and it was all so delicious! The wings were my favorite. They were tangy and a little spicy and so crispy! The bubble tea was pretty sweet, but I still enjoyed it. We tried the lavender and the mango milk teas. Their online ordering system is really great and the food was ready to go when I got to the store.
So far the ramen has been amazing. Haven't had a chance to try their boba tea yet, but my wife loves ramen, and ei8ht noodles has been a hit so far. Is definitely on the short list of take out places now, and so far the service has been excellent. Look forward to trying new dishes and thanks again for your quick service.
Friendly staff and excellent food. I had the shrimp salad rolls. Best peanut sauce I've ever had. It made the salad rolls a delightful experience. The beef Pho was good, too. My only suggestion is to slice the jalapeno peppers smaller. I love jalapeno peppers, but large chunks are overwhelming.
I am currently sitting here at Ei8ht Noodles, just finished the vegan menu option, Pad See Ew with soy meat. Yes, I'm going to try and limit my meat consumption. Not entirely, yet, but taking it easy on the animals a tad. Their meatless options are a decent amount to choose from, and from this first pick, absolutely delicious! Already passing on the good news to others and planning on coming back soon. Friendly and fast service as well! So all I have to say is, five stars every day!
